Although the adoption of the Model is provided for by legislative decree. 231/2001 as optional, Novenergia Italy SpA, in accordance with its corporate policies, found it necessary to proceed with the adoption of the Model 231 and the Code of Ethics by resolution of the Sole of June 23, 2011.
This model is consistent in content have been prepared on the basis of codes of conduct (ie the "Guidelines") prepared by the major associations representing and consists of a "General" and five "Special Parts", prepared to to prevent the commission of offenses referred to in them.
