Novenergia II has a complete range of competences covering all stages of the renewable
energy value chain, and acting as an integrated actor from development to financing.
As a prospector, Novenergia II identifies projects in association with
local partners. By carefully selecting projects, we ensure that they bring significant
added value for our investors. Further, we take great care to minimize our investments'
impacts on the environment.
As a developer, we carry out technical and environmental studies and obtain
building permits, grid connections and all other required authorizations. We carefully
take into account our impact on local communities and therefore associate local
partners to our projects, facilitating the development and construction phases
and increasing local support for new energy sources. We believe this work is the
local equivalent of the legislative effort made in the Board Members' former professional
lives.
As an operator, we take over the construction, engineering and operation and maintenance
of our plants. The projects are executed following the highest standards of quality
and sustainability.
As an investor, we finance most of our projects on the basis of non-recourse project
financing agreements which leverage the equity of Novenergia and will enable the
fund to participate in projects worth well in excess of € 1billion.
