Italy
In Italy, Novenergia is developing solar and wind projects taking advantage of a
very attractive feed-in tariff system that is fueling strong growth in both wind
and PV.
Since 2007, Novenergia's local team, supervised by Ottavio Lavaggi, has:
- Built and started operation of 22 MW of PV and 4 MW of wind farms.
- Developped a portfolio of wind projects representing more than 160 MW and photovoltaic plants totalizing about 100 MWp.
- Closed a strategic partnership with F2i (a national public-private infrastructure fund set up in 2007 by Italian government) and established a joint-venture (HFV) for the co-investment of 100 MW of PV projects, of which more than 50MW are already in operation.
