References in this Privacy Policy to NOVENERGIA, "we" or "our" means NOVENERGIA Holding Company, (an affiliate of TOTAL EREN Group, dedicated to the promotion of renewable energies with its headquarters in Luxembourg, and VAT Nr. LU26076887) which determines the purposes and means of treatment for the purpose, being considered the entity responsible for the processing, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable legislation regarding personal data protection.
